Artistic, fabulous, stunning, incredible and beautiful are a few of the words I uttered as I looked through this I-Want-To-Do-These-Projects-Even-Though-I-Never-Worked-With-Metal-Clay book.
I have seen other books on metal clay but this one is hands down the most beautiful, inspiring book on the subject available. I love the projects, the photographs and the directions seem well thought out. There are no clunky projects as I have seen else where. Every single project is worthy to be called art in the truest sense. Elegant lines, innovative ideas, each project was something I found myself saying, "I would love to have one of these!"
Even though I am a beader, this book certainly makes me want to learn this art form.
If you have experience working in clay, and want to step up your work to high art then this is for you. If you are thinking about working in metal clay, this book will move you from thinking about it to going to do it.
So pardon me while I go drool on the pages once again wishing I had the time and resources to learn the projects on these pages!

Me too and I only see 2 of the pictures! I'm in love with that sea turtle!!!
ReplyDeleteI played with PMC years ago and found it "interesting" but waaaaay tooooo expensive for my taste and budget.
ReplyDeleteI've played with PMC... I'm quite proficient at making rings but that's about as far as I've been inspired! Will check the book out if I ever see a copy in a book store!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
